This custom Hallowed Grounds exclusive blend is named after our friend, Eric from Eric’s Gourmet! Eric grew up in the Pacific northwest and used to drink someone else’s coffee – he told us that he would like to support another local business, so if we could duplicate the house blend – he would drink ours.
The mad scientist roaster went to work doing his investigation into what kinds of coffees were used by this famous roaster for their house blend and he created a blend that knocked Eric’s socks off – he has been enjoying our coffee appropriately named after him for his suggestion ever since and you will enjoy it too!
