Eric grew up in the Pacific northwest and used to drink someone else's coffee - he told us that he would like to support another local business, so if we could duplicate the house blend - he would drink ours.
• The mad scientist roaster went to work doing his investigation into what kinds of coffees were used by this famous roaster for their house blend and he created a blend that knocked Eric's socks off - he has been enjoying our coffee appropriately named after him for his suggestion ever since and you will enjoy it too!
